Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe content on ToolzPark infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to aqm086@gmail.com that includes:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location on ToolzPark where the material is located.
- Your name, address, email address and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar details to the address above, and we will review it in accordance with the DMCA.
Response time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable time after receipt.
